--105. The well was equipped with 4.5-inch diameter production casing with tubing head, 2.375-inch diameter tubing, and rods. The tubing was left open to the atmosphere. There were not any lines attached to the well and the production valves were in the closed position. A disconnected pumping unit was located by the well. Identification was present and production records were current. The production equipment consisted of two 210-barrel tanks. The identification was located on the tank and Big Sky submitted reports of zero production for the year 2017.

--105, I witnessed the production equipment included an elevated vertical separator, a drip, a 2 inch salesmeter with a .125 inch orifice which is shared with Cowgill Howell 5. Also present at this location were 2-210bbl tanks designated for the Cowgill Howell 2. The well was equipped with 4.5 inch casing, 2.375 inch tubing and rods with 1 of 2 valves on the casing open to the atmosphere along with the tubing open to the atmosphere making the well incapable of production. A disconnected Lufkin pumping unit with an electric motor was on site. Identification was present and production records were current showing production for 2014.
