1459948186 2016-04-06 Plug / Plug Back No Violations On the day of my inspection using a handheld GPS unit and coordinates and thoroughly inspecting the area I found no well or production equipment. I placed call to D A Waldron and advised Mark Sparr of my findings and requested any information they have on the well. ODNR files were reviewed revealing no plugging report for the well. Mr. Sparr returned my call and had documentation that the well was plugged on October 1, 1981 by Halliburton Services.
