Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
2070291637 2015-04-30 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection accompanied by ODNR Inspector Matt Fulk, I witnessed the well was equipped with 8.625 inch casing, 4.5 inch casing reduced to 2 inches and then reduced to 1.25 inches providing domestic gas service for the residence of 8017 Bell Rd with no identification present. Mr. Parsons current landowner returned my call about the tank that was pulled from Wills Creek on 4/12/15 and stated that he owned the well and the tank was for swabbing of said well. I stated that ODNR needed to be notified when events such as that happen. Mr. Parsons was unaware of the notification requirements and would post proper identification at the well and he was referred to Columbus for proper transfer well.
