0908489352 2019-04-18 Final Restoration No Violations The purpose of my inspection was a landowner request. The landowner found casing in the woods by his residence and would like it to be investigated. During my inspection I found 10-inch diameter casing standing roughly 10-inches above surface grade. The well did not appear to be leaking fluid or gas. While utilizing the Ventis Pro 4 gas detector, zero gas readings were recorded. The well appeared to be plugged, a material that resembled a clay substance was 12-inches down within the casing. RBDMS well records indicate that the well was plugged on the second day of February in the year 1975. The well is listed under Historic Owner and has the status of Final restoration.
