1345564487 2012-08-20 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I meet with the land owner Bob Duffy to do a field inspection on an idle well owned by Bob Barr, there are no current production records on this well, there is four inch well casing with a four inch ball valve and a 4x2 swedge with valve then a 2x1 inch swedge and rubber hose leading into a separator/ drip, from the drip there is a domestic gas line running into his house, then from the separator the production line leads into the production tanks, there is no I.D. posted.

No identification was present and no change in status since last inspection on 1/31/17.
2029533941 2019-03-22 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was a follow up on a compliance notice 1348506610. The compliance notice was created in 2012 and the notice stated Nonproduction; well shall be plugged or placed in temporary inactive status and Failure to legibly identify well. During my inspection today, the well was equipped with an 8.625-inch diameter surface casing with a casing head and 4.5-inch diameter production casing with a casing valve in the closed position. A production flowline was attached to the production casing with a valve in the closed position. Identification was not located in a conspicuous place near the wellhead. The land surface was owned by a family trust. I spoke to two members of the trust today, Susan Wing and Bob Duffy, I asked that they attempt to obtain some form of documentation stating the latest well owner. The family trust also shows interest in obtaining the well for domestic purposes. I exchanged contact information with Bob Duffy and Susan Wing. Follow up inspections will be continued.
