-Tex was the cement contractor on location. O-Tex broke circulation and pumped 250 sacks of Class A Cement that mudscaled at 14.4 ppg. The plug was displaced using 68 BBLs of water. The plug landed at 450 psi. Pressure was held at 1500 psi for 5 minutes. The pressure was released and the plug held. The location is in stable condition. The pit liner is in good repair. No violations found.

The gate valve on the tubing and the 2 inch flow line valve was open. There was an active domestic line plumbed off of the 4.5 inch casing with two regulators, a drip bottle and a meter. The production records for this well were current. The tank battery consisted of one 210 BBL tank, one 100 BBL tank, one 50 BBL tank, and a mechanical separator. Valves on the separator were open. The tank battery was diked. Legible signage was located at the well and tank battery. The lease access was stable. No violations observed.
