The tank battery consists of a 210 BBL production tank, a 100 BBL brine tank, and a mechanical separator. The proper identification is located on the tank battery and the pump jack. The lease road is in stable condition.
1168020021 2011-08-25 Preliminary Restoration No Violations Well is a pump jack well. Annulus is open. Area affected by the well site has been reclaimed. Tank battery has been installed. One 210Bbl, one 100Bbl brine tank and mechincal separator. Edges of the lease road need to be repaired seeded on the edges. Sediment was evident in the drainage adjacent to the lease road. Sediment was on location. Lease road is stable to the tank battery. Identification sign is posted at the well head and the tank battery.

Operator pulled water from a nearby stream. Fire extinguishers on the mud pump and the light plant had current tags. Permit was posted in the dog house. Workers had safety gear on. Surface pipe was new. Operator had silt fence installed at drainage points.

Operator set 427 of 8.625 inch casing, 415 without landing joint. Pipe was set open ended. HL#1 15 inch, 35 deep, CN set 35. HL#2 11 inch TD at 450. Operator broke circulation ran 200lb of gel an 1 bag of hauls ahead, ran 160 sacks of class A cement, 6Bbls return of cement to surface. Cement held at surface.
