Charcoal filter, low pressure pop-offs and spark arrestors are in place. Identification signs are posted on the fence. Site has been graded, seeded and vegetation is established. Erosion and sedimentation is controlled, silt fence can be removed. Combination on man door to the well has not been given, company has been contacted for combination. Pop-off is on the annulus with a gauge.

The tank battery was diked and fenced with a locked man door. The proper, legible signage was located at the well and tank battery locations. The lease access was stable. No violations were observed.
