Consultant (Todd Modley) for superior well service call the Ohio Health department talked with Mike Snee he said a whip stock to be cemented on top of tool and approx 50 of cement on top of whip stock see file for E-Mails from MrSnee to Todd Modley. Logging tool was sent to top of cement no soucre detected.
