Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
1373892648 2013-07-15 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations My inspection found the well to be equipped with a plunger lift unit. The well and tank battery are in good repair and are surrounded by a chain link fence and pine trees. The tank battery consists of a 200 BBL production tank, a 25 BBL poly brine tank, and a mechanical separator. The production tank is vented through a 55 gallon charcoal filter and up into a spark arrestor. The proper identification is located on the tank battery and the wellhead. The lease road is in stable condition.
1482859016 2016-12-16 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I conducted an inspection on this well. The well is equipped with a plunger lift assembly and the valves on the wellhead were open. Last production records were submitted in 2014 for this well. The well was fenced and locked. The tank battery consisted of one 210 BBL production tank, one 25 BBL brine tank and a mechanical separator. The valves on the mechanical separator were open and the chart showed production. The production tank had proper lids and hatches and was equipped with a spark arrestor and charcoal filter, that was plumbed into the vent stack. The tank battery was diked and fenced with a locked man door. The proper, legible signage was located at the well and tank battery locations and the lease access was stable.
1932220836 2007-05-23 Preliminary Restoration No Violations Site has been ruff graded. Area has not been seeded and mulched. Tank battery is installed. One 110 BBL and one plastic 35 BBL tank on site. Geo-textile fabric needs removed. Area needs seeded and mulched.
