1218222440 | 2008-08-08 | Production Wells | No Violations | On site with landowner. Landowner is considering take over well from Alliance, then having another company complete and produce well. Landowner had a few questions for me regarding sales lines. He asked if I had any knowledge of when they were going to install sales lines on the section RT 44 he lived on. I tolled him that I didnt. Inspected site with landowner from his Gator. Lease road needs some stabilization work. Alliance used asphalt grindings for the road. Some of the grindings are washing on the slopes. Landowner said that he would bring that up to the other company. Site was well vegetated. Sides of the lease road had cut trees along it, they need to be removed, per the landowner. Well did not have a well head on it. The 4.5 inch casing was open and appeared to be full of water, a few bubbles were coming out of the casing. I called Bruce from Alliance requested a bull plug be put on the 4.5 inch casing. I gave land owner a list of plugging contractors, I suggested to him that he may want to get a price on what it cost to plug a well before he put it into his name. |
1258127978 | 2009-11-09 | Preliminary Restoration | No Violations | ./Jon Magnusson from John D on site working on well. Well has not been completed. From talking with Jon, operator attempted to log well, there is an obstruction in the 4.5 inch pipe at 2600. Operator ran an impression block down hole, Jon said that it locks like a knuckle from a bailer. Operator has improved lease road. Site is in good repair. Landowner was on site. |

There is a domestic supply plumbed into the sales line next to the lease road. The are two valves on the wellhead that need to have plugs installed in them. The flow line valve is closed on the wellhead. The wellhead and tank battery are surrounded by a wooden fence. The tank battery consists of a 100 BBL production tank, a 100 BBL brine tank, and a mechanical separator. The tanks are vented through a charcoal filter and into spark arrestors. The lease road has a gate with an identification sign on it. Locks need to be installed on the lease road gate and man doors into the wellhead and tank battery fences. The landowner has built a platform over top of the wellhead fence for shooting firearms and has installed a deer stand inside of the tank battery fence next to the production tanks. I have contacted the company in regards to the issues and advised them of the safety issues regarding the landowner. |
