1342631077 2012-07-18 Preliminary Restoration No Violations My inspection today found a plunger lift system well in good repair. The well had a blue lubricating head. No leaks noted. Affected area around the wellhead has been reclaimed and returned to agricultural use. The tank battery has multiple wells produced into it. The following permits are produced into the tank battery: 22040, 22041, 21812, and 21813. The tank battery has three 210 barrel production tanks in it and three mechincal separators. The dike has a drain pipe in it. The riser for the drain pipe is off of the pipe. The riser needs replaced. The dike will have sufficient capacity once drain pipe is repaired. Individual wells need identification signs posted on them. Operator contacted in regards to need work.
