2093597375 | 2017-04-04 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | At the time of this inspection, the well was observed to be equipped with a plunger lift assembly and the valves on the wellhead were open. The well was fenced and locked. The last reported production for this well was up to date. The tank battery consisted of one 100 BBL production tank, one 50 BBL steel brine tank and a mechanical separator. Valves on the separator were open and the chart dated 3/28/17 showed production. Tank load lines were equipped with flat plugs and locks. The tank battery was diked and fenced but the fence needed to be repaired in areas where frost heave had displaced the fence posts. The proper, legible signage was located at the well and tank battery locations. The lease access was stable. I contacted Matt Postlathwaite of Alliance Petroleum about repairing the fence. |
