0280405468 2017-05-09 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations At the time of this inspection, the well was equipped with a plunger lift assembly and the valves on the wellhead were open. There was a domestic line plumbed off of the 4.5 inch casing with two regulators, a drip bottle and meter. Production records for this well were current. The well was fenced. The tank battery consisted of two 100 BBL production tanks, one 35 BBL poly brine and two mechanical separators. The tank battery is shared with well 2-1695. Valves on the separators were open and both charts were dated 5/1/17 and showed production. The tank valves were equipped with flat plugs. The tank battery was diked. Proper, legible signage was located tank battery but needed to be installed at the well. The lease access was stable. I contacted Jim Adams from J. Well Service about installing signage at the well location.
