0791103399 | 2018-07-12 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | During this inspection, the well was equipped with a plunger lift assembly. The gate valve on the tubing and the 2 inch flow line valve coming off of the tubing are open. A domestic gas supply comes off of the wellhead with an open valve, a drip tank and a meter. Production records for this well were current. The diked tank battery has two storage tanks, a separator and Dominion master meter. Urban safety equipment is installed on the production tank. Signage was posted. Locked chain link fences surround the tank battery and well. The lease access was stable. No violations observed. |
1073635585 | 2013-06-25 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | My inspection found the well to be equipped with a plunger lift unit. The well and the tank battery are in good repair and both are surrounded by a locked chain link fence. The tank battery consists of a 210 BBL production tank, a 25 BBL poly brine tank, and a mechanical separator. The proper identification is located on the tank battery and the wellhead. The lease road is in stable condition and is being used as a residential driveway. |
1520603494 | 2018-02-12 | Exempt Well Pre Transfer | No Violations | I conducted an inspection on this well site. The well was equipped with a plunger lift assembly and the annulus and flow line valves were closed. There was a domestic line plumbed off of the 4.5 inch casing with a regulator, drip bottle and meter. The valve on the domestic line was closed. The well was fenced and locked. The tank battery consisted of one 210 BBL production tank, one 50 BBL poly brine tank and a mechanical separator. Valves on the separator were closed. The tank battery was diked and fenced with a locked man door. Legible signage was located at the tank battery. Lease access was stable. I spoke with landowner Debbie Watts who indicated that Allliance Petroleum would be removing the existing production equipment and replacing with one small tank for maintenance purposes. I also discussed updating the signage at the well location with landowner information. Ms. Watts currently is receiving domestic gas at the home on the property from the well. I will reinspect the well site once the production equipment has been removed and signage has been updated. |
