0225060119 2017-10-13 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I conducted a compliance notice follow-up inspection on this well for compliance notice 1078000518. The previous inspection report noted that the 2 inch line valve that reduced into a 1 inch line at the base of the separator was dripping brine, and some salt crystals had formed. At the time of this inspection that line valve has been repaired and no leak was observed. Compliance notice closed.
0332415787 2018-08-20 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations At the time of this inspection, the well was equipped with a plunger lift assembly and the gate valve on the tubing and flow line valve was open. The well was fenced with a locked man door. Production records for this well were current. The tank battery consisted of one 100 BBL production tank, one 25 BBL poly brine tank and a vertical, mechanical separator. Valves on the separator were open and the chart showed production. The tank battery was diked and fenced with a locked man door. Legible signage was located at the well and tank battery. The lease access was stable.
0616818717 2013-06-11 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations My inspection found the well equipped with a plunger lift unit. The well and tank battery are in good repair and surrounded by a chain link fence. The tank battery consists of a 200 BBL production tank, a 50 BBL poly brine tank, and a mechanical separator. The proper identification is located on the tank battery. The lease road is in stable condition. The operator is storing spare equipment on location. I will contact Gary from Alliance about the issue.
0678145739 2004-11-16 Preliminary Restoration No Violations TB 500 BBL. Plastic brine seperator
0793289185 2007-05-24 Production Wells No Violations On site with Jerry Kohl DMRM inspector and Bruce Close from Alliance Petroleum to check the annular pressure of the well. There was a zero pressure reading on the annular space. Tank battery has one 200 BBL tank and one 30 BBL plastic tank. Tank battery was label incorrectly. Bruce corrected the problem.
