0148564198 2017-08-09 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations During this inspection, the well was equipped with a plunger lift assembly and the annulus and flow line valves were open. The well was fenced. Production records for this well were up to date. The tank battery consisted of one 210 BBL production tank, one 100 BBL brine tank and a mechanical separator. Valves on the separator were open. The 100 BBL brine tank was rotted at the base and was leaking. The tank battery was diked and fenced with a locked man door. The signage was located at the tank battery and legible. The lease access was stable. I contacted Kyle Ahbel from Enervest about removing the leaking brine tank and removing any impacted medium within the tank battery.
