1375845774 | 2018-01-02 | Production Wells | No Violations | At the time of this inspection, the well was equipped with a plunger lift assembly and the annulus and flow line valves were open. The well was fenced. Production records for this well were current. The tank battery consisted of one 100 BBL production tank, one 35 BBL poly brine tank and a heater treater separator. Valves on the separator were open and the chart showed production. The tank battery was diked and had legible signage. The lease access was stable. No violations observed. |
1645515859 | 2013-04-22 | Production Wells | No Violations | My inspection found the well to be equipped with a plunger lift unit. The 4.5 in casing on the wellhead has a hole in it and natural gas is escaping. I was on location with the pumper for Enervest, Joe Phillips. He was in the process of killing the well so the proper repair could be done. The tank battery consists of a 100 BBL production tank, a 35 BBL poly brine tank, and a mechanical separator. The proper identification is located on the tank battery. The lease road is in stable condition. |
