Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
0080086432 2013-10-08 Production Wells No Violations My inspection found the well to be a domestic well. The well is the 4.5 casing plumbed up and reduced into a 2 line. The 2 line is the house line for the property. The well is surrounded by a fence. There is no identification on the well. I could not find a tank battery for the well. The lease road is over grown and not being used by the landowners. There is a locked gate at the entrance of the lease road. I will contact the landowner about having an identification sign.
