1442926962 2015-09-21 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I was on location at the request of Brian Gallagher, who is in the process of purchasing the property and the well. My inspection found the well to be equipped with a plunger lift unit. The well is currently supplying domestic gas to the residence on the property. The domestic supply is plumbed off of the 4.5 casing. The wellhead is surrounded by a chain link fence. There is a 50 BBL tank next to the well for maintenance purposes. There is a flow line for maintenance plumbed off of the wellhead, over the fence, and is set into the opening at the top of the tank. I advised Brian Gallagher, who is purchasing the property and the well to remove the flow line and plumb it directly into a threaded port on the tank and secure the lid on the tank with a lock. The tank needs to have an earthen dike built around it for containment. The well needs to have an identification sign on it. I will be in contact with Lindsay Peterson, who is the current property owner, and advise her of the issues.
