Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
1298391424 2013-09-10 Production Wells No Violations My inspection found the well to be equipped with a concoil wellhead. The annulus valve was closed. The tank battery consists of a 100 BBL production tank, a 50 BBL poly brine tank, and a mechanical separator. The dike around the tank battery is weathered and should be rebuilt. The identification sign needs updated. The lease road is in stable condition. I will contact the company about the issues.
1541435343 2018-11-05 Production Wells No Violations I conducted an inspection on this well. The well was equipped with a Concoil plunger lift assembly and the valve on the casing and flow line were open. The diked tank battery was comprised of one 100 BBL tank, one 50 BBL tank and a mechanical separator. There was a domestic line plumbed off the separator with a regulator and meter. Legible identification was present at the tank battery and the lease access was stable.
