0264341966 2018-11-05 Production Wells No Violations I conducted an inspection on this well. The well was equipped with a pumping unit and in production. The tank battery was comprised of one 210 BBL tank, one 100 BBL tank and a mechanical separator. There was a domestic line with a regulator and meter plumbed off the separator. The 210 BBL tank had holes forming near the top of the tank. It has been disconnected from the other production equipment and emptied of fluid at the time of this inspection. The diked tank battery was fenced and had legible signage. The lease access was stable.
1925830260 2013-09-10 Production Wells No Violations My inspection found the well to be equipped with a plunger lift unit. The well and tank battery are in good condition. The tank battery consists of a 210 BBL production tank, a 100 BBL brine tank, and a mechanical separator. The proper identification is located on the tank battery. The lease road is in stable condition.
