0355898168 2012-09-28 Production Wells No Violations The unit consists of a 1-tank battery (TB) with mechanical separator enclosed in a 6-foot chainlink fence. The spacing is in accordance with the rule, and the valving and mechanicals are in good repair. I did not observe any signs of leaking product or gas vapors. The wellhead was not located. The gate on the enclosure is not locked. The tank battery dike is adequate but is overgrown with weeds. I called Jeff Shonauer and advised him about maintenance issues. He indicated that he could repair with the next month.
0646072972 2018-10-02 Exempt Well Pre Transfer No Violations I conducted an exempt pre transfer inspection on this well. The well was equipped with a plunger lift assembly and the gate valve on the tubing was closed. The 2 inch line off of the tubing was open. There was a 2 inch line plumbed off of the 4.5 inch casing reduced into a 1 inch line with a regulator and pressure gauge. The pressure read 25 psi on the gauge at the time of this inspection. The tank battery consisted of one 100 BBL tank and a mechanical separator. There was a 1 inch domestic line plumbed off of the separator with a regulator. The tank battery was diked and fenced. The tank battery had legible signage with the current company information on it. The lease access was stable. I contacted landowner Joseph Zronek. Mr. Zronek stated that the production equipment would be removed from the site and that the domestic line from the tank battery was connected to the neighboring house. Mr. Zronek also stated that the domestic line from the neighbors house would be disconnected and the signage would be updated with his information, and added to the well location.
1542121267 2018-11-13 Exempt Well Pre Transfer No Violations I conducted an exempt well pre-transfer inspection on this well. The well was equipped with a plunger lift assembly. The gate valve on the tubing was closed. The domestic line was plumbed off the 4.5 inch casing with a regulator and reduced to a 1 inch line. The 1 inch line was connected into the existing 2 inch flow line with an open valve that was connected to the tank battery location. At the tank battery location, the 2 inch line was connected to a drip bottle, reduced into a 1 inch line with a regulator and plumbed into the landowners home. The previous tank battery equipment had consisted of one 100 BBL tank and a mechanical separator. The 100 BBL tank and separator has been removed from the location. The existing drip bottle was fenced and diked. Identification was located at the well but still needed an updated emergency phone number added. The well was located approximately 800 feet from the nearest occupied dwelling. I contacted landowner Joseph Zronik regarding updating the phone number on the identification. Mr. Zronik confirmed that well was only connected to his dwelling and for domestic purposes.
1776353781 2013-09-11 Production Wells No Violations My inspection found the well to be equipped with a plunger lift unit. The tank battery is surrounded by a chain link fence. The tank battery consists of a 100 BBL production tank and a mechanical separator. The proper identification is located on the tank battery. The lease road is in stable condition.
