The well and tank battery are in good repair and surrounded by a chain link fence. The tank battery consists of a 210 BBL production tank, a 35 BBL poly brine tank, and a mechanical separator. The proper identification is located on the tank battery. The lease road is in stable condition. The lease road and tank battery are being shared with permit number 2-0442.

Tank valves were equipped with flat plugs. The tank battery was diked and fenced with a locked man door, and was shared with well 2-0442. There was proper, legible signage at the tank battery and well locations. The lease access was stable. No violations observed.
