0521008759 2017-06-27 Production Wells No Violations At the time of this inspection, the well was equipped with an electric motor on the pumpjack and the valves on the wellhead were open. The well was fenced. The production records for this well were current. The tank battery consisted of one 100 BBL production tank, one 50 BBL steel brine tank and a heater treater separator. Valves on the separator were open. The tank battery was diked and fenced with a locked man door. Proper, legible signage was located at the tank battery and the lease access was stable. No violations observed.
1241992294 2007-09-26 Annular Disposal No Violations Well is a pump jack, fenced and in good repair. One 210 and one 100 BBL tank in battery. Heat treat separator in battery. Battery is fenced, signed and locked. No annular disposal equipment noted on site.
1415027752 2014-11-03 Production Wells No Violations My inspection found the well to be equipped with a pumpjack. The well and tank battery are in good repair and are surrounded by a chain link fence. The tank battery consists of a 100 BBL production tank, a 50 BBL brine tank, and a mechanical separator. The proper identification is located on the tank battery and the well. The lease road is in stable condition.

The spacing is in accordance with the rule, and the valving and mechanicals are in good repair. I did not observe any signs of leaking product or gas vapors. There is no annular disposal. The tank battery dike is adequate. The unit ID is good. No violations noted.
