0953307057 2018-07-24 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations At the time of this inspection, the well was equipped with a plunger lift assembly. The well was being produced from the 4.5 inch casing. The valve on the 2 inch flow line from the casing was open. The gate valve on the tubing was closed. There was a domestic line with a meter and two regulators off of the 4.5 inch casing with an open valve. The well was fenced with a locked man door. The tank battery consisted of one 210 BBL production tank, one 100 BBL brine tank and a mechanical separator. The valves on the separator were open. There was a domestic line plumbed off of the mechanical separator with a regulator, drip and meter. The last reported production that met state requirements was submitted in 2015 for this well. The tank battery was fenced and locked and had the proper, legible signage. The lease access was stable.
