The tank battery consisted of 4-210 barrel tanks hat had legible identification posted on one of the tanks. The tanks were surrounded by earthen dike.

An inspection revealed no substantial erosion and the well is situated on a location designated as an agricultural field. No violations were noted. Notified the complainant and explained inspection results and jurisdiction. The complainant believes that he may have broken field tile and agreed to discuss water drainage with well owner.
