Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
1433124941 2015-07-22 Orphan No Violations I inspected this reported well location as a Orphan Well Program status check. As of the date of this inspection, the original complainant no longer owns the property. The current property owner reports no knowledge of a well. I performed a reconnaissance of the property and did not see any signs or evidence of a well. The contact information for the original complainant is no longer functional.
1589547674 2015-10-02 Orphan No Violations I inspected this location as an evaluation of the current site conditions and status of the reported well. The well is located in a densely developed residential area in Lakewood. The well is located on the north side of the referenced address, in the front lawn area. At the time of this inspection, the only surface expression of the well is an area of stressed vegetation, approximately 5 in diameter.. I did not observe any gas odors or any meter-detectable levels of gas. There is no answer at the referenced address at the time of my visit. The well is accessible with a service rig but will likely require street closure of Delaware Ave.
