Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
1438872602 2015-08-06 Orphan No Violations I inspected this well as an update on current condition and status. The well is located in the back yard area of a private residence. Areas surrounding the well consist of well-maintained turf grass. The well is accessible from the house driveway. At the time of this inspection, the only visible element is a 2-inch diameter, steel vent stack riser affixed at grade level with a 10-inch diameter concrete base. I did not detect gas odors or meter-detected gas near the well. The top of the vent stack is 10 ft. +/- from grade and not accessible.
