Access to the well and battery is via the paved entry to the Temple Tiffereth on Shaker Blvd. The wellhead plunger lift and battery are in separate board-on-board enclosures. The battery is comprised of 2 100-barre;l steel tanks (1 production, 1 brine), a mechanical separator and Dominion metering run. At the time of my inspection, the enclosure gates are locked, load-outs are plugged, secure, and locked, and connections and fittings are secure and free from signs of leakage or other problems. Signage is present and current. At the time of this inspection, the surrounding areas are snow-covered. I did not observe any signs of impact relating to the on-going production activity at the time of this inspection.

At the time of this inspection, I observed the following: a wellhead with plunger lift system and associated tank battery in separate board-on-board enclosures. The enclosure gates were locked. The load line valves were secure. The secondary containment was intact. Fittings and connections at the wellhead and battery were secure. The surrounding areas are comprised of tall grasses and other vegetation, with a short, gravel-paved access road. I did not observe any signs of problems.
