0443039206 2017-08-04 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I inspected this well as part of routine inspection activity. The well and associated battery are located behind the residence at the referenced address and accessed via a shared-use concrete and gravel-paved access road. At the time of this inspection, fittings and connections at the wellhead and battery were secure and free from signs of leakage or problems. The load-lines were plugged, locked, and secure. Secondary containment was intact and secure. The individual enclosures were locked and secure. The access road was well drained with no signs of wash-outs or erosional deficits. ID signage was present.

1349195922 2012-10-02 Work Over Reconditioning No Violations Visited well site. Moore Resources is tripping out the pump for replacement with a new pump. Also doing general maintenance on site while there. Anticipate completion of progress on 10/03/2012.
1405520236 2014-07-16 UrbanPreliminary Restoration No Violations I inspected this producing unit to evaluate conditions for preliminary restoration. The well was completed in 09/1/2009. Elements of the well consist of a production wellhead with standard valve assembly and pump jack system. The wellhead is located in a closed and locked board-on-board enclosure. There is a earthen secondary containment at the wellhead. There are no signs of leakage or problems at the wellhead. The aboveground storage tank battery is located west and adjacent to the wellhead. The battery is comprised of a total of 2 steel 140-barrel production tanks, 1 50-barrel steel brine tank, and horizontal separator. Spacing from well to battery, and spacing of elements within the battery meet regulations. The battery is located in a separate board-on-board enclosure which is gated and locked. The load-outs are bull-plugged, locked, and are fitted with clamshell-style containment devices. There is process safety equipment in use (carbon filter, low-pressure relief valve, and spark arrestor). The secondary containment at the battery appears well maintained. I did not observe any signs or evidence of leakage, spills, or problems. There is ID signage at the battery and wellhead which are legible and in good condition. The area formerly occupied by drilling equipment, including former pits, has been restored and reclaimed. There is well established grassy vegetation throughout the area. The well is located on a benched and leveled area, which drops off to the west and northwest towards a low-lying topographic draw, trending to the east. generally level with a slight topographic drop to the east. Surface drainage appears to be to the northwest. There are no active surface water courses evident near the site. I did not observe any signs of gully formation or washouts. Access to the unit is afforded by a dedicated gravel-paved access road located directly as an extension from the end of the driveway to the residence at 6600 Fairview. The gravelled access road is cu
