Arrived on site and Fire Chief Hartman City of Pepper Pike and Kirt Kollar OEPA and Dave Mansberry Company were on site. Dave Mansberry and Kirt Kollar were discussing cleanup procedures for the stream. (Booms, Absorbent pads, and water truck to vacuum up the oil). I advised company to remove contaminated soil around storage tanks and reconstruct dike.
