1829011794 2017-08-31 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I inspected this well as part of routine inspection activity. The wellhead plunger-lift unit and associated tank battery are located on the grounds of a golf course facility . At the time of this inspection, I observed the following: the well and tank battery separate enclosures were locked and secure. The battery is shared with the #1 and #3 wells, also located on the golf course facility. Fittings and connections were secure and free from signs of leakage or problems. The secondary containment was intact. I walked the areas surrounding the well and battery and found the natural greenscape to be free from signs of impact.
