At the time of this inspection, I observed the following: a wellhead with pump jack system and tank battery in separate chain-link enclosures which were locked and secure. The battery is shared with the # 2-2148 unit. Fittings and connections at the wellhead were secure. The surface casing nipple was open to atmosphere at the surface and I observed no gas being emitted. Fittings and connections at the tank battery were secure. Process safety equipment was present and intact. Secondary containment was intact. Tank lids were closed and secure. I walked the area surrounding the wellhead and battery and did not observe any signs of problems.

The enclosures are locked. Signage and ID is present and in good condition. There is secondary containment at the wellhead and battery. The well is producing with no signs of leakage or problems. The battery, which is shared with the #2-2148 unit is comprised of 2 steel 100-barrel production tanks and 2 steel a00-barrel brine tanks, two separator units and Dominion metering run. Process safety equipment is present. The dike is free of oil. The load-outs are locked and are fitted with secondary containment. The lease road and surrounding areas are well maintained and runoff appears to be well managed.

The wellhead and tank battery are located in separate chain-link enclosures at the rear portion of the residential property at the referenced address. The wellhead pump jack and battery enclosure gates are secure and locked. Load-outs are plugged and secure. The containment interior is dry. Connections and fittings are secure and free from signs of leakage or problems. The gravel-paved lease road is well maintained and passable. Drainage from the lease road and areas surrounding the wellhead and battery is free from signs of impact or erosional deficits.
