0903849130 2016-12-27 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I inspected this well location as part of routine inspection activity. At the time of this inspection, I observed the following: a wellhead mechanical plunger lift system and tank battery is separate chain-link enclosures. The enclosure gates were locked and secure. The battery was comprised of one 100-barrel steel production tank and one 25-barrel plastic brine tank. Fittings and connections at the tank battery and wellhead were secure and free from signs of problems or leakage. Load lines were locked, plugged, and secure. Secondary containment was present at the battery and was intact and dry. The wellhead casing nipple was plumbed to surface and open to atmosphere. Access to the wellhead and battery was afforded by a short, gravel-paved access road which travels north from the rear portion of the maintenance garage. The access road was dry and well drained. The area surrounding the wellhead and battery is conprised of tall, grassy vegetation and wooded areas beyond. I walked the area and did not observe any signs of problems or degradation to the site from the on-going production activity.
