The tank battery is located in a separate chain-link enclosure which is locked and secure. Load lines are locked. Tank hatch lids are sealed. Process safety equipment is present. The secondary containment is intact. The drain is closed and secure. There is a small amount of accumulated rain water in the containment which is visually free of any oil. I did not observe any signs of leakage or problems at the time of this inspection. |
