0895313555 2017-08-16 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I inspected this well location as part of routine inspection activity. At the time of this inspection, I observed the following: a wellhead with plunger lift system and associated tank battery in separate chain-link enclosures located on the grounds of a cemetery. The enclosure gates were locked. The load line valves were secure. The secondary containment was intact. The battery is shared with the #1, #2, and #3D wells. Fittings and connections at the wellhead and battery were secure. The surrounding areas are comprised of managed turf grass. I did not observe any signs of problems.
1374687940 2013-07-24 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations The producing unit consists of a wellhead with mechanical plunger-lift unit and above-ground storage tank (AST) battery. The wellhead is located in a chain-link enclosure which is locked. Unit ID is good. The well is currently producing. I did not observe any signs of leakage or problems. The AST battery is comprised on two 140-barreil production tanks, one 50-barrel brine tank in a chain-link enclosure. Two mechanical separstors are located outside the enclosure. The battery is shared with the #1828 and #1829 units. Secondary containment is good and safety equipment is present in accordance with 1501:9-9-05E.
