1154975636 2013-10-22 Preliminary Restoration No Violations The producing unit consists of a pump jack unit and above-ground storage tank (AST) battery. The battery is comprised of 1 100-barrel steel production tank and 1 50-barrel brine tank, and separator unit. The battery is enclosed in a board-on-board fence. The wellhead is concealed within a landscape island of shrubs, and not enclosed. The load-outs are bull-plugged. The ID and secondary containment are good. The unit is fitted with carbon canister, low-pressure relief valve, and spark arrestor. Gates are locked. Lease road is in good condition and areas impacted by drilling have been restored. No problems noted and passes preliminary restoration.
1923555388 2017-10-10 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I inspected this well location as part of routine inspection activity. At the time of this inspection, I observed the following: The wellhead plunger lift and associated tank battery located in a landscaped island on a larger, private, gated estate. The load lines were plugged and secure. The secondary containment was intact and dry with no signs of leaks or spills. Fittings and connections at the wellhead and battery were secure and free from leakage or problems. I walked the areas surrounding the wellhead and battery, and found no signs of impact or degradation attributable to the production system.
