At the time of this inspection, I observed the following: the well and tank battery separate enclosures were locked and secure. The battery is shared with the #2-1874 well, also located on the golf course facility. Fittings and connections were secure and free from signs of leakage or problems. The secondary containment was intact. I walked the areas surrounding the well and battery and found the natural greenscape to be free from signs of impact. During a previous inspection, I noted that there was no signage at the wellhead or battery and I notified the well owner about the missing signage. The signs were present at this inspection.

The battery includes one steel 100-barrel lowboy production tank, 1 50-barrel brine tank, and separator. Tank spacing is in accordance with the rules. The battery and wellhead are enclosed in separate board-on-board enclosures which are locked. The unit ID is present at the battery and wellhead. Spacing is in accordance with rules and safety equipment is present. I did not observe any problems or signs of spills or leakage. The battery is shared with the #21874.

The secondary containment was intact. I walked the areas surrounding the well and battery and found the natural greenscape to be free from signs of impact. I noted that there was no signage at the wellhead or battery and I notified the well owner about the missing signage. The owner indicated that the deficiency would be remedied as soon as possible.
