0431207933 2017-06-30 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I inspected this producing well location as part of routine inspection activity. At the time of this inspection, I observed the following: a wellhead with plunger-lift system and associated tank battery. The well and battery shared battery (shared with #2-1854) are located on the south portion of a golf course facility. The individual enclosures were locked and secure. The load-line valves were locked and plugged. The shared-use access road was in good condition. Fittings and connections were secure and free from signs of leakage or problems. I walked the areas surrounding the well and battery and found no signs of impact to the natural greenscape.

The tank battery is comprised of 1 100-barrel steel production tank, 1 50-barrel brine tank, and separator unit in a separate chain-link enclosure. Elements of the system are in general good repair. Fittings and connections are secure and free from signs of leakage at the time of this inspection. The load-outs are plugged and secure. ID signage and secondary containment are present. Areas surrounding the wellhead and battery are reasonably well drained and free from signs of adverse impact from the on-going production activity associated with this well. The battery is shared with the Cleveland/Seneca GC #2-1874 well which is located north.
