0151932778 2014-08-21 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I inspected this producing unit as part of routine inspection activity. The well was completed in 03/29/2005. The unit is producing and production reports are current. The well is located behind the Independence High School in an area of tall wetlands-style vegetation. The wellhead is accessed via the grassy yard area. There is no specific access road. The battery is located in the bulk materials storage yard adjacent to the service center. Elements of the well consist of a production wellhead with standard valve assembly and mechanical plunger-lift system and aboveground storage tank (AST) battery in separate chain-link enclosures. The valve fittings, connections, and other production appurtenances appear to be well maintained and are free from signs of leakage or other problems. The battery is comprised of 2 steel 140-barrel production tanks, 2 50-barrel steel brine tanks, and 2 separator units. The battery is shared with the #2-1810 unit. Spacing from well to battery, and spacing of elements within the battery meet regulations. The load-outs are bull-plugged. There is secondary containment at the battery and the interior areas are dry. I did not observe any signs or evidence of leakage, spills, or problems. The surface areas surrounding the wellhead and battery appear stable, and free from signs of impact or drainage problems. Unit identification placards are present at both the battery and wellhead and are in good condition. I observed no issues or problems requiring attention at the time of my inspection.

1016443722 2015-03-02 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I inspected this well as part of routine inspection activity. The wellhead is located near the Independence High School facility. The battery is located within the gated confines of the City of Independence maintenance facility on Selig Drive. The wellhead is comprised of a mechanical plunger lift in a chain-link enclosure. The battery is comprised of 2 100-barrel production tanks, 2 50-barrel brine tanks, separators inside a separate chain-link enclosure. The battery is shared with the #2-1810 well. Fittings and connections at the wellhead are secure and free from signs of leakage. Gates and load-outs are secure and locked. I did not observe any evidence of impact relating to on-going production activity.
