Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
1371843126 2013-06-21 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations The producing unit consists of a production wellhead and an above-ground storage tank (AST) battery. The battery is comprised of 1 210-barrel and 1 100-barrel steel AST, and mechanical separator. ID is present. Secondary containment is present at the battery. The wellhead is fitted with a pump jack system and is producing. I did not observe any leaks or problems.
1592657966 2017-09-14 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I inspected this well location as part of routine inspection activity. At the time of this inspection, I observed the following: a wellhead with pump jack system and associated tank battery in separate enclosures, both located on a parcel occupied by a church. The enclosure gates were locked and secure. The load-line valves were secure. Tank lids were closed and secure. The secondary containment was intact and dry. I walked the areas surrounding the well and battery and found no signs of impacts or problems. I had noted during a previous inspection that the 2-inch cross-over line at the battery was corroded. The condition remained at this inspection, although there was no sign of leakage or loss of integrity. I notified Dave Mansbury with Duck Creek about the potential problem.
2135577048 2016-11-16 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I inspected this well location as part of routine inspection activity. At the time of this inspection, I observed the following elements: a wellhead with pump jack system and associated tank battery, both located within the confines of a materials supply and storage operation. Fittings and connections at the wellhead were secure and free from signs of leakage or problems. Tank lids were closed and secure. Secondary containment was intact and free from signs of spills or leakage. Load lines were plugged and secure. I noted the following: the 2-inch cross-over line between the production tank and brine tank was corroded and should be replaced before it fails. I contacted Dave Mansbury with Duck Creek Energy and advised about the need for maintenance at the cross-over lines.
