1191753158 2017-05-23 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I inspected this well as part of routine inspection activity. At the time of this inspection, I observed the following: a wellhead with plunger-lift system and tank battery is separate board-on-board enclosures located adjacent to the city hall and maintenance buildings. The battery is shared with the #2-1610 well located on Parkview Drive. The load-lines were plugged, locked and secure. The tank lids were closed and sealed. There was secondary containment which was intact with dry interior and free from signs of spills or leakage. Spark arrestor, low-pressure relief valve, and carbon filter were present and well maintained. ID signage was present and complete. Areas around the wellhead were comprise of turf grass lawn. The battery is located at the edge of the driveway and parking area for the maintenance garage. I walked the areas surrounding the wellhead and battery and found no signs of impact or problems.
1214213845 2013-01-14 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations The producing unit is comprised of the following elements: a two-tank battery, mechanical plunger lift, and wellhead valve asseembly. A mechanical plunger lift is affixed to the wellhead valve assembly. The tank battery and wellhead are in separate board-on-board enclosures. The unit is currently in production. The tank and well spacing is in accordance with 1509:9-9-05 . HB 278 safety equipment is present. Unit identification is present and legible at the tank battery. The tank battery secondary containment is adequate. I did not observe any leaks, spills, or other signs of contamination. The gates are locked. The tank battery is shared with the #1610 unit.
1425490182 2015-03-04 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I inspected this well as part of routine inspection activity. The well and battery are located behind the City of Lyndhurst Building Department. The wellhead plunger lift system and battery are in separate enclosures. The gates are secure and locked. Connections and fittings are secure and free from signs of leakage or problems. Process safety equipment is present. Load-outs are plugged and secure. Areas around the wellhead and battery are snow-covered at the time of this inspection. The battery is shared with the #2-1610 well which is accessed from Parkview Drive. I did not observe any evidence of impact relating to on-going production activity.
