Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
0882312571 2013-08-06 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations The producing unit is comprised of a production wellhead with pumpjack system which is currently producing. The wellhead has an identification placard. Identification is present at the tank battery. The tank battery is comprised of 1 100-barrel production above-ground storage tank (AST) and one 50-barrel brine AST, not enclosed. There is secondary containment. The load-outs are bull-plugged. The unit spacing meets requirements. I did not observe any problems or violations.
1159471620 2017-08-02 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I inspected this production well as part of routine inspection activity. The well is located at the fringe of a closed, solid waste facility and accessed from a dedicated road from the CAT facility. The battery is located on the adjacent parcel (also a CAT facility) and accessed via the shared driveway. Fittings and connections at the well and battery were secure. The secondary containment was intact and free from signs of spills or leaks. The load lines were locked and secure. I walked the areas surrounding the well and battery and found no signs of impact or degradation to the natural greenscape.
1427731225 2015-03-30 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I inspected this producing well as part of routine inspection activity. Access to the wellhead is via an unpaved access road which traverses the perimeter of an existing, closed landfill structure. At the time of this inspection, the road is well drained and passable. The well is comprised of a pump jack system and tank battery located behind a commercial/light industrial area in Brecksville. Fittings and connections at the pump jack are secure. The is a small secondary containment berm at the wellhead which is dry and free from signs of leakage. The battery is located behind the adjacent industrial facility on Ken Mar Industrial Parkway. The battery is comprised of 1 100-barrel steel production tank, 1 50-barrel steel brine tank, and separator. Load-outs are plugged and secure. Fittings and connections are free from signs of leakage or problems. Production reports are current.
