0028456621 2018-03-09 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I inspected this well location as part of routine inspection activity. I had not been able to locate the wellhead during previous inspections, but I received directions from the owner and was able to locate the well. There was a concoil-type plunger lift system located in a wooded clearing. Fittings and connections were secure at both the well and the battery, which is shared with the #2-0951. I walked the areas surrounding the well and battery and found no signs of problems or issues.

0591116989 2017-06-19 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I inspected this producing well as part of routine inspection activity. I found that production equipment had been removed from the former well location. No wellhead or other production elements were present. The battery, which was shared with the #2-0951 well was present and comprised of one 100-barrel steel stock tank and separator. Connections were secure. Secondary containment was intact. I observed no signs of leaks, spill, or adverse impacts to the surrounding areas. I contacted Petrox to inquire about the status of the well and a response was pending at the time of this report filing.
0754097289 2014-08-21 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I inspected this producing unit as part of routine inspection activity. The well was completed in 02/12/1983. The unit is producing and production reports are current. The well is located in a remote, wooded area north of Hub Parkway, adjacent to a multi-tenant, light industrial facility. The wellhead is accessed via an unpaved access road which continues northeastward from the rear parking for the facility. The access road to the wellhead is overgrown significantly and passable by foot or ATV. Elements of the well consist of a production wellhead with standard valve assembly and concoil system and aboveground storage tank (AST) battery. The battery is located southwest of the well, and is accessed via the same unpaved road. The wellhead valve fittings, connections, and other production appurtenances appear to be well maintained and are free from signs of leakage or other problems. The battery is comprised of 1 steel 140-barrel production tank, and separator unit. The battery is shared with the #2-951 unit according to the placards. Spacing from well to battery, and spacing of elements within the battery meet regulations. The load-outs are bull-plugged. There is secondary containment at the battery and the interior areas are dry. I did not observe any signs or evidence of leakage, spills, or problems. Unit identification placards are present at the battery only. I observed no issues or problems requiring attention at the time of my inspection.
