Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
1189092716 2005-04-22 Final Restoration No Violations
2033372248 2017-07-06 Final Restoration No Violations I inspected this former well location as an evaluation for Final Restoration. At the time of this inspection, I met with the landowner (Richard Chamberlin) and he reported that the well was plugged and the production equipment was removed. Upon inspection, the former well area had become overgrown with natural vegetation and no evidence of the former well or access road remain. No further activity is required. Final Restoration is passed.
