0363168440 2014-10-20 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I inspected this producing unit as part of routine inspection activity. The wellhead is comprised of a pump jack system in a chain-link enclosure. The well is producing and production reports are current. Fittings and valve-connections are intact and free from leaks or problems. There is some minor oil staining around the base of the wellhead. The tank battery is comprised of 2 210-barrel production tanks and 2 separator units located in a locked chain-link enclosure and is shared with the #2-1394 unit. The load-outs are bull-plugged. There is secondary containment. The interior portions of the battery are dry and well maintained. There is some minor oil staining at the load-outs but otherwise no signs of leaks, spills, or other problems.
0498069165 2017-03-23 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I inspected this well location as part of routine inspection activity. At the time of this inspection, I observed the following: a wellhead with electric pump jack system and associated tank battery in a mostly rolling and wooded parcel with no other development. Access to the wellhead and battery was afforded by a dedicated, gravel-paved access road that enters from Columbia Road and opens to a small clearing where the battery is situated. The access road continues eastward, into a low-lying portion of the parcel where both the #2-1150 and the #2-1004 wellheads are located. The lower portion of the access road is mostly unpaved and accessible by foot or 4-wheeler. The tank battery is shared with the #2-1004 and the #2-1394 wells. The individual enclosure gates were locked and secure. The load-lines were secure and plugged. The secondary containment was intact. I walked the areas surrounding the wellhead and battery and found no signs of leakage, spills, or impacts relating to the on-going production activity.
