0013239268 2015-06-25 Plug / Plug Back No Violations On the day of my inspection B&J Drilling tagged bottom in the conductor casing. They swabbed the conductor and the mouse hole dry. Then they excavated the soil around the casing and cut both conductor and mouse hole casing off 36 below grade.
0026355294 2014-07-02 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I found that the well pad was abandoned. The conductor casing has been left in the ground and shut in. There is no production equipment. The well pad is starting to become overgrown with weeds. The well needs to be plugged and the location needs to be restored to the approximate original condition within 180 days of the issuance of this compliance notice.
0811926364 2015-04-07 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I found that the mouse hole, conductor casing, and tin-horn cellar were still in place. The mouse hole and conductor were capped with steel plates. There was a locked gate at the location entrance. I called Anadarko about their plans for the well. I received verification that they transferred the well to Artex Oil Company #5352.
