1480585756 2017-02-21 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I found that the gas leaking from the 8.625 inch wellhead had been stopped. I spoke with Chase, the pumper for NGO, and he said that he cleaned the packing rubbers and tightened the hammer ring. This violation is resolved.
1481560152 2016-12-12 Production Wells Violations Noted On the day of my inspection I found that the well was equipped with a natural gas powered pumping unit. The engine, drive belts and fuel line were intact. The flow lines were connected at the wellhead, and the valves were open. There was gas venting from the ground around the 4.5 inch casing. The gas was hissing and there was a constant bubbling in the ground water collected around the wellhead. The surface casing was buried and not accessible. The tank battery consisted of two 100 barrel steel tank and one horizontal separator inside of an earthen dike. Correct, legible identification was posted and there were no leaks or spills around the tank battery. The well owner/operator will need to excavate the soil from around the wellhead in order to identify and repair the source of the gas leak.
1485271732 2017-01-24 Production Wells No Violations I received a phone call from Gregg Mason of NGO to notify me that they had resolved the gas leak at the wellhead. He claimed that there was a leak in the very top of the 4.5 inch casing and they put a patch on it. On the day of my inspection I found that the soil had been excavated from around the wellhead to expose the 8.625 inch casing. There was a clamp style patch on the top of the 4.5 inch casing above the surface casing head. However, there was still a constant bubbling of gas leaking from the packing between the 4.5 inch casing and the 8.625 inch wellhead. I called Gregg and he said that he will have to get a rig in to fix the problem. He said that he would get a rig as soon as he could.

2060659896 2013-10-31 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I found that the well head was equipped with a pumping unit. The tank battery consisted of two 100 barrel stock tanks, one separator and an earthen dike. Proper identification was posted and there were no leaks or spills. No violations at this time.
