1214958171 2012-04-02 Annular Disposal No Violations On the day of my inspection I found the well to be capable of production, the annular on the eight inch is not exposed, there is no permit number posted at the well site, there is (1) one hundred barrel production tank/ meter/ drip/ chart/ seperator inside a containment dike.
1454608336 2016-02-04 Annular Disposal No Violations On the day of my inspection I found that annular disposal was not in use. I found one 100 barrel steel tank for fluid storage.
1653752939 2004-11-03 Annular Disposal No Violations AD not hooked up .
1959077777 2016-02-04 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I found that the wellhead was equipped with rods and tubing. The flow lines from the tubing were disconnected. The casing valves were both open. One line was disconnected, the other was connected to house gas line. I called Jeff Butler, pumper for NGO, who admitted the well was not producing and alleged that it was on the plugging list. I spoke with the landowners, Mr. and Mrs. Hall who claimed that they no longer get house gas off of the well, but it wasnt bothering them. I will follow up with Dean Limbacher, field superintendent for NGO.
